Tanya Davis is a relatively unknown Canadian artist over here who has a truly captivating style of poetry, writing and acting, not only for the melody of the music and the rhythm of the words, but also for the artistic style which is imprinted onto every single thing she does. We found this video which uses different illustrations to represent what the song is saying. The technique used by Tanya is an example of what inspires us here at Bloompapers while choosing our designs for the wall murals!

This week Barcelona is once again turning itself into the city of cutting edge creativity as it hosts the 2009 BCN Design Week. The main focus this year is design in business so of course here in Bloompapers we’re trying to get in on some of the action and learn a thing or two about how the role of creativity in business! It runs parallel to the ‘Innovation festival Barcelona’ which takes place throughout the month of October with activities, exhibitions, workshops and lectures which aim to inspire everyone, from children to adults to bring creativity into their everyday lives.
Esta semana Barcelona se convierte de nuevo en la ciudad de la creatividad vanguardista, siendo el anfitrión del 2009 BCN Design Week. Este año el enfoque principal será el ‘Business Design’, por lo que en Bloompapers estamos intentando entrar en la acción y aprender un par de cosas acerca del rol de la creatividad en las empresas! Esta actividad tendrá lugar paralelamente a la ‘Innovation festival Barcelona’ que se llevará a cabo durante el mes de octubre con actividades, exhibiciones, talleres y charlas, con el objetivo de inspirar a todos, desde los más pequeños hasta los adultos, para aportar creatividad a sus vidas cotidianas.
